Location:  The House at Tea Island is situated directly on the lake on the West shore of Lake George.  It lies about 1 mile north of Lake George Village with 110' of shoreline with a sandy beach and a spectacular view of Tea Island.

The Grounds:   The house sits on a knoll overlooking Lake George.  The yard is spacious with mature trees to provide shade.  The lake views are uncommonly beautiful and can be seen from many rooms inside the house as well as enjoyed outside from the deck, yard or beach.  Picnic tables, lounge furniture and a barbeque grill are available for use on the beach.

Dock Space Available:  One dock included in the rental fee.

Capacity:   The House at Tea Island has 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths.  No pets.  No smoking.

The House:  The house is air conditioned and heated and has TV with cable and a VCR.  Bed linens, pillows and bath towels are furnished.  Guests may want to bring beach towels.

Kitchen and Dining Options:  The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner electric stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster oven and coffeemaker.  Pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware are also provided.  The kitchen has a small dining area complete with stools and countertop.  For outside dining, picnic tables are provided on the beach or if you prefer you can eat at the table on the deck.

The Living Room:  The living room is fully carpeted and looks out on the lake.  A french door leads from the living room to the deck.  With two couches, a chair, TV with cable and a VCR, books and games, this room offers a place to relax and unwind.

The Sleeping Quarters:  Four bedrooms face the lake and are located across the hall from a full bath.  Two bedrooms have their own full bath and a queen sized beds.  All of the bedrooms are carpeted and furnished with a night table, lamp and bureau and each has a closet.

Rates per week:

Payment Policy:  A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date.  The remaining balance and security deposit are due one month prior to arrival.  Reservation deposits are non-refundable.  The security deposit is $500.

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M.  Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
